三(san)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)在(zai)(zai)濕物(wu)料(liao)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)設備系列產品中,回(hui)轉(zhuan)式三(san)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)是在(zai)(zai)單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)回(hui)轉(zhuan)式烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)基礎上(shang)改(gai)進的高效節能產品。回(hui)轉(zhuan)式三(san)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)改(gai)進原單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)內部結構,增加入機(ji)(ji)前濕料(liao)的預烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)和延長濕料(liao)在(zai)(zai)機(ji)(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)時間,再(zai)加上(shang)密(mi)封、保溫以及合理(li)的配套措施,使烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)生產能力與原單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)式烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)相(xiang)比,提高約50-80%,單(dan)(dan)位容(rong)積蒸(zheng)發強(qiang)度可達約120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-10kg/t。其技術成熟(shu)、運(yun)行(xing)參數合理(li),操作(zuo)簡單(dan)(dan)可行(xing)

應用物料:可對礦渣、粘土、粉煤灰、焦煤、原煤、礦石、石灰砂、黃沙等烘干,亦可用于糧食、化工行業的烘干。

特殊結構(gou)省工(gong)省力
多(duo)種揚料板(ban)(ban)設計(ji),角形揚料板(ban)(ban)與萬字揚料板(ban)(ban)的(de)有機(ji)結合,使物料與熱(re)煙氣交換更(geng)加充分,減(jian)少了烘干機(ji)筒體內“風洞”產(chan)生的(de)機(ji)理。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由(you)供料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉(zhuan)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄(chao)板下(xia)不斷抄(chao)起、散落呈(cheng)螺旋(xuan)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實現熱(re)交(jiao)換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移(yi)動至(zhi)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另(ling)一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復(fu)揚(yang)進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步退一(yi)步的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)(chong)分(fen)吸收(shou)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散發的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量,又吸收(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量,同時又延長了干燥(zao)(zao)時間(jian),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此達到ZZ佳(jia)干燥(zao)(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一(yi)端而落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩(ju)形多回路方(fang)式行(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到干燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作用(yong)下(xia)快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒(mei)有達到干燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重而不能快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此矩(ju)形抄(chao)板內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)充(chong)(chong)分(fen)干燥(zao)(zao),由(you)此完成干燥(zao)(zao)目的(de)(de)(de)。
